Tiny steam trio

Here are several pictures of some of my tiniest  steam engines. The first engine was built to conform to the Sherline contest many years ago. It was based on the Stuart #4. The horizontal and twin were also based on Stuart engines.

Those are really impressive! Now for a dumb question........do they actually run and how did you manage working in that tiny scale?
