Need help identifying this Buckman steam engine

• Yes those were with a tape measure. The caliper's are reading out side dia. 2.337",   inside the lip 2.263",   length 6.016",   
  flywheel dia.  3.960".  Your's is the first one I've seen with something other than a blue base.
