Some new purchases collected
« on: June 10, 2020, 12:13:53 pm »

Hi all, I finally went out to an auction house and collected some items I purchased about 8 weeks ago online.
Here is a Marke Hess Dynamobl driving a couple of items. I am not sure what the cylindrical drum is , it looks like a Bingo ball tumbler but I am sure its not. It all works OK and looks nice not sure how old it is . I intend to incorporate another pulley and drive it freewheeling not using the friction drive motor inside.

There is also a Donkey oil field pump, and an oil field drilling tower, plus 2 x frames for wind pumps I think . The donkey and the drill are all made from brazed steel and very well made. I can easily add a pulley to turn the donkey pump and it will look good as part of a display.
Does anybody recognise where these may have originated or are they one off builds

Looks like you´ve bagged a couple of assembled Aero Windmill towers there...

Nice haul, love the Hess "workshop", and certainly some good accessory potential in that pump jack :)
Cheers

I really like that oil field pump. It has terrific potential.

The Pump Jack and Oil Rig look like nice models.

I am interested to see what you do with them.
