Thanks!!!  I expect that the twin will have the inner shell, but it may have been dropped at some point to save money.  There's an earlier version of your Young America, you have an etching of it on the box.  That's the version before being "improved". It doesn't appear to have a screw top, and its got beads on the flywheel spoke for a counterweight.
