If it was shipping and poor packing i would expect the outer rim to be broken and not the inside rim .
The whole wheel looks knackered and would not have survived no matter what packing was used

That's what I think, the inner rim took a blow, what would you ask from the seller? Roller was $40 with $15 shipping. He had me send pictures as he thinks it was insured, but insurance doesn't cover poor packaging...
