Weeden #1 Electric Motor
« on: October 26, 2024, 02:55:02 pm »
I got in my variable power supply in today and got the Weeden #1 Electric Motor running pretty darn good.  Its bushing were a bit of a mess and the lower one I need to be careful with because it has a little tear starting.

Here's a video - such a cool engine.  I'd says pretty darn sexy for its age ;-)

Thanks!

I made another one with the #85 Trip Hammer and made up a "base" for the motor to sit in and not try to walk away from me!

Rich:

This is the nicest example I have ever seen.

Great work getting it running!
