What's the current draw at the 6.4v with the above load?  Performance in watts is more meaningful.

Performance in watts is not great. Builder says it will operate 8 led lamps- thats not a lot. I could check current draw of a few accessories, but dont really have a good way of testing max current capability, nor do i want to risk damaging it.
