Then off to another indoor layout in HOn3 that models a freelance narrow gauge combo of several of the more famous roads, including several well executed details from my local Carson & Colorado / SPng like the big mineral transfer trestle.

... and again, many more photos available of this layout!

Looks like a great show Daniel with a good variety of exhibitions and private tours.

Thank you for posting all of the pictures.

Well, guess I'll call that a wrap for off-site layout visits, but it must be remembered that there were over fifty such venues available for the attendees to view spread over an area of a couple of hundred miles, from the coastal regions around the Bay Area, to the Gold Country, Sierra Foothills both north and south of Sacramento. I was only able to make it to a handful of these, as I had car troubles on the way there, so that instead of showing up fairly early on the first day, I didn't actually arrive until rather late on the second day, so I missed a lot of scheduled layout tours and on-site clinics as well.

Think I'll start a new thread for the on-site activities held at the DoubleTree Hilton in North Sacramento, and link it here after I get it started.
