You are correct. Two Electros and two Hughes Empires. I will take a pic of them.

The two engines on the right are Empire engines, but made by the Harvey Electric Company in Chicago. Harvey sold the toy line to Metal Ware of Two Rivers, WI. The two engines on the left are Elektro engines, made by D. C Hughes of Chicago. Hughes sold the engine line to Harvey.

I have not tested these engines yet. More COVID projects.

Impressive collection of Empires  8)  Looks like more hiding down below, and maybe an Elektro?

Good eye Nick. Yes, a very nice Empire Collection Brad.

For Cabin Fever 2019, my Table Theme was my Empire Collection.

An ongoing COVID project is building this steam plant to run my larger engines. Stuart 504 Boiler, water tank with pump and injector and condenser tank.

I am just starting this COVID project. The PM Research boiler No. 1. It will run my small engines that will power a music box.

Thank you for showing us your "covid time work"
and an impressive Empire collection - never have
seen such an engine in Switzerland.
The Stuart Boiler is very versatile and with
this adds even more.
