My first COVID project was this oscillating cylinder steam engine. The original was made by Hick, Hargrave & Company in England, in 1851 and powered a forging machine. B. Hick had the patent. Oscillating engines were designed my Murdoch in England and these castings are sold by Myers Model Engine Works, under the name "Murdoch Engine", but in reality it is not a Murdoch design, but B. Hick's version of the oscillating engine.

My second COVID project was this Stuart Models oscillating cylinder steam engine. Stuart Turner had the kit available in the 1930's and then discontinued it. Stuart Models re-released the casting kit and I liked it.

How do you put a movie on the site. I filmed them with my iPhone but they do not show up on my table. Please help b

My summer COVID project was to get all my Empire steam engines running. Repairs as needed and boiler cleaning. The solenoid engine had to be completely rewired. These are the engines made by Metal Ware in Two Rivers, WI. Next I will show the Empire engines made earlier in Chicago.
