I really wanted to make a video of my Overbrook Court Light Railway but it turned out that my camera doesn't like LED lighting, at least in movie mode so......here are too many still pictures.

I found out that my outside layout was great for about six months a year but not so during winter and/or inclement weather so I started trying to build one indoors. First try was on the floor under the O gauge layout which didn't work well for many reasons. Then I tried using one level of the workshop shelves which worked out well with the addition of hinged dust covers. The shelf is 2' wide and total overall length is 35' so it's a reasonable run in a dogbone shape with 40" and 80" radius curves using Sunset Valley 45mm track.

The station is a Thorley Miniatures (TM) kit that was kitbashed to alter its' shape to fit the area.

The goods shed is another TM kit which, like most of the other buildings, has had an interior and lighting added.

Thorley's End, a TM kit, was fun trying to get something that looked like a set of levers included.

The elevated building (TM) was built to add a little vertical element to the scenery.

The coal stage is TM while the water tank is British Building Kits.

The turntable is SwiftSixteen, a very nice kit.

The engine house is TM, with quite nice detail included.

The tavern (kit bashed from extras left over from station) and the coal dealer are both TM.

The yard is strictly three tracks and even that was hard to achieve using the standard radii of 40" and 80".

Such a great idea, I don't see any reason to leave that basement   

LED's can be troublesome with video... Do you have a smart phone to try taking the video?

Larry, I can only imagine the amount of time / love you've put in to this.  Very very impressive.  Just don't plan on moving any time soon

I'm looking at all the junk I've been saving in my basement (including bubble wrap and peanuts) and thinking I need to have a big clear-out and do something similar...
