Is this M17 a Hit and Miss engine, I do not see any governor ?
What would you think of this M92 ? :

Hello Raphael, the M17 does NOT hit and miss. I wish that it could.
  I like the M92 Very much, so we'll in fact I have a new unfired M92 on my shelf.
  I am hopeful Jin reads the forum and may yet build new versions that paying customers are asking for.
  The M17 is a Much smaller brass engine with a nicer base...it lacks only a governor to be a Jemstone....IMHO
