If the rocker arm weren’t so sloppy on the M19, I think it would run a lot nicer. The rest of the engine is built to a high degree of precision, but that rocker arm is something else.
I also have one where the governor balls were hitting the cylinder. The cam on the governor balls needs to be redesigned so they do not fly out as far. There is no need for them to be almost straight out.
I also bought a pair of them and the first one I got lost compression seconds after I started it the first time and has never run right since. It is also very hard to start. I’m pretty disappointed with that one to say the least. The other one I have runs as good as it can with that sloppy rocker arm.
