I also bought a lot from Jin. I am sorry to read your bad experience because on my side, I have never had any problem with him when I asked him spare parts for a broken water level for example and he always answers to my messages when i ask him a question.
I must specify that I had bought the boiler directly from him without going through an intermediary.
