Marklin steam roller running without the steam

Here's a Marklin "steam" road roller, clockwork version Model 1084. It's can be run forward, backwards, or both (as in video)--somewhat controllable. No people, animals, or toys were injured in the crash.

Interesting mechanism.  Seems to run strong.  Great toy from the collection.
