4150/7 Marklin test.... if you have 6 min to spare ?
« on: May 19, 2020, 09:49:04 pm »
I haven't run this engine in about 6 years and it didn't run in this video but did in a second video from the same firing. It had some leaks that I'll fix. Sorry for holding the camera on the vertical... I'm rusty.

 Here she's running.

Cheers Bob, I collect mostly German steam stationary engines.

Thank's guys.....     It was a spur of the moment run after an afternoon cup of coffee. It seemed to run better than I remember once it starts spinning.

Very nice engine, the "Riffelblech"--Märklin is a truly classic engine.

And you are lucky I am so far away - my fingers begin to twitch when I see your governor - that's missing from y own one...

Thanks, it is a nice engine. I'm guessing it's from the 1930's ?
