Wow, Bruce, that is amazing!  :o  You never fail to impress with your clever projects!

Excellent workmanship, as usual, and the base looks really nice. Did you put a clear finish on it? My favorite wood for bases.

And, thanks for linking to the original thread concerning the ad. I never knew about this offering from Jensen.

Hi Paula, thanks for the nice comments.
Re:base I tried Minwax polyurethane (spray) on the bottom , it took lots of passes and still looked naked, I use/like rustoleum clear spray (3) coats the best, it dries fast, I'm not very patient waiting for polyurethane to dry.
Re: the article, I've been working on and collecting Jensen's for 12 yrs. And never heard of this workshop until Carl posted it.😊
