While the engine is great, I did have to spend some time in the shop to make it a little better.  Now that we know this engine has some power, I had to make a pulley for the flywheel shaft.

It's a Jensen-type, but made of brass.  I think it's looking pretty good on an already pretty engine.

Next I had to work a bit on that alcohol burner.

Chucked the bottom in the lathe and bored a couple thousands off the inside.  Probably could have taken another thou off as the lid is still plenty tight, but at least it fits properly now.

Time to put this engine to work.
