From what I understand,  He was a good man & will be dearly missed by his subjects.

Certainly spent his life behind the scenes to the greatest extent, and was perhaps better loved for it!

Very sad news, he was a nice man, a Knight of the Order of Australia and gave the majority of his life to service.
