I think it is very Bischoff-like or possibly made from many Bischoff components. I have photos from a couple catalogs and they don't show exactly this engine although the flywheel, crankshaft bearing supports, and valve handles all appear to be Bischoff. But these catalogs (or illustrated pricelists) show few steam engines and no vertical boilers. But in those days you could also build your own using their components. Maybe someone else will have a catalog showing the vertical boiler. the spring-loaded safety valve looks Marklin while the weighted safety looks like those on Falk or Schoenner engines. Hard to say definitively it's Bischoff without more information and I suppose all the Bischoff experts are in Germany.
