Coin Operated Steam Engines
« on: December 26, 2021, 10:41:29 am »
This little box, custom-designed by my son, combines two of my favorite collections, coin-operated devices and steam engines.  It also provides young kids at engine shows a way to participate in exhibits.

No compressor. It has an electronically controlled steam valve, but requires an external air supply usually available at shows. There are inlet and output fittings on the back.

Very nice!
As a steam enthusiast, I find this really good.
As a grandfather I fear for the contents of my wallet.😂

What an awesome gift from your Son.

This will definitely be a hit at the shows.

It would be fun to calibrate it to only take Chuck E. Cheese Tokens.

Actually the coin acceptor can be set up for that!
