Help identifying a small vintage model steam engine

I inherited this from my father who got it from my grandfather. It seems to be a well made model steam engine with two flywheels. Anyone know more?

It looks to be very well made to me especially the design of the flywheel spokes I'm gonna guess it's a casting kit.
