Help identifying this electric 'Solenoid' engine
« on: March 12, 2026, 04:53:23 pm »
Good afternoon from rainy Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn...

A little help here....to i.d. this engine.

It will take time to figure out how it runs and
what kind of condition this engine is in.  I have
not messed with it at all yet out of caution.

A video of it running would help.

Thanks,
Wayne

That would be a MESCO engine made by Manhattan Electric Supply Co.
It should run on as little as 1-1/2 volts and will really sing on 6 volts!
Nice find, Wayne!
