I have no idea of current value, but would imagine that it would sell best on a wellmade listing on Ebay, with global shipping offered.
That way youŽd boost the amount of collectors aware of its sale, and increase the number as possible buyers vastly, since modelsteam collecting could be considered a bit of a "niche-hobby". -
