Very Nice Presentation Jim!

You and Nick certainly scored a couple of very nice Microcosm "loss leaders" in those fully accoutremented S-10 engines. When you think of what all is involved, the "normal" $280 price-tag, with free shipping, seems a very fair price as well it seems to me. I too have scored a few times on Microcosm loss leader deals, where like you, no other bidders bumped the price up on an initial offering. Always considered myself very lucky when that occurred!

Just as a guess, the bargain basement pricing on this particular engine may be over and done, unless later on they find that they have an overstock situation and they are not moving well. Only time will tell if that scenario presents itself somewhere down the road?!?!

Meanwhile, enjoy those little beauties that you now have, and I'll be interested to see just how well those governors actually function in controlling the steam throttle.
