Well if it was regional, did you offer to pop over and pick it up?
We're talking three hours' drive each way. "Regional" is not "local", alas!
Three hour drive ain't that bad. Heck it's four hours (about 200 miles) from where I live to anything that you could call a city. Of course in a situation like that, the fuel costs must be added to the purchase price, just like shipping, so it could tip the balance against.
