model traction engine

[ Guests cannot view attachments ] Here is a 1/8 scale traction engine that I acquired recently. Coal or wood fired, steel boiler, free lance design.

Further info - This engine was built by the late Harry Johnson who was a boiler maker for Fuel Economy Engineering in Minneapolis.  This engine features a cross head pump, hand pump,  feedwater heater, and working governor. Also attached is Harry's builders plate. This engine also has a proper clutch with in the flywheel.

That's a beautiful engine glad to see it fell into good hands I would give my left nut to own that!!!

This engine came with the smallest working Crescent wrench that I have seen ... 2-1/2"  But it is die cast so one must be careful to not over stress it.
