Ade, if you're just looking for someone to give you a nudge and some encouragement, here I am  :D  now go buy that Vicrtoria plant!   ;)  :D

My wife will give me more than a 'nudge' when she finds i spent a small fortune on 'another engine thing' but i bought it anyway... i will be screaming "that Nick made me do it" as i dodge the frying pan  ::) ;D  Should make a good project i guess  :)

Not so sure about that Nick, i can see lots of issues from the photos so there is bound to be more hiding in there.  I looked at the prices of unmachined spares from Stuart and they seem quite cheap so hopefully i can fix her up nicely.

I guess there is a good chance this plant was owned by a member of this forum so i better not do a rebuild thread for fear of offending the builder  :-X

Still thanks for the encouragement  :D

What a gem, that should go in your collection Nick, i'd be too tempted to fire it up.

What a fun first steamer!  8)  Now you need the matching workshop tools to go with it  ;)

Stop it Nick  ;D
just say no...just say no...

 ;D ;D

And then there are the three other engines, the marine engine, then of course all the different bases ;) ::) 8)

I wonder if Ade knows about the red and green bases  :D

And two and four sided, then Merit and SEL 8)

And after SEL and Merit there is always “ Multum “ accs very similar to SEL

Cheers
Dennis

Hi Dennis,

I don't see where to pour the fuel in on that one?  ;D
