Does this grind your gears?
For the umpteenth time, I've opened a parcel that came in the mail only to find my purchase stuffed inside a box with tons of padding/bubble wrap on the top and sides, and NOTHING on the bottom. Don't shippers realize an impact can happen on any side of a box, not just the top? These boxes are going to travel thousands of miles, perhaps even overseas. There's no guarantee they aren't going to take a tumble, fall off a conveyor belt, or carelessly tossed into a delivery van.
Shippers should first pad the bottom of the shipping box, then put in the purchase before adding more padding to fill up the box. SURROUND the product with cushioning, not just some of the sides.
Thoughts?
