Bonjour,
Jean-Claude was an amazing modelist who spent his life to realize without plans all the first steam machines of the last centuries. His friends try to save his collection by asking his small city who inherited it to create a musem.

Unfortunately, the city does not have the means to offer a museum to this wonderful collection, so we do not know its future yet. I hope the local friends of Jean-Claude to help save this treasure.

What an amazing model builder.  The French John McDivitt.  I could watch these videos all day. 

Here is the English translation of the description in the two videos:

Raphael: you are fortunate to have know this brilliant man.  I hope you find a permanent place for his craftsmanship to be displayed for the public's enjoyment.
