I believe @Jim has a Centurion. Only thing I can think of if the SV isn’t blowing is an uprated valve, but I don’t think they’d put a 40 psi valve on, maybe 20-25 at the most...

Did you buy it new? The instructions may say what the SV is supposed to blow off at.

year old,been run just a few times. The ins.dont mention the pressure as how would you know what it is without a gauge?
