The Owner did not want to sell it - unfortunately
« on: October 04, 2021, 12:24:29 pm »
I went hunting on Sunday but unfortunately didn't shoot anything.
All I could do was take a few photos. The owner promised to contact me if he should sell the machine.
I guess this "Leipziger Lehrmittel-Anstalt" engine was made by E. Plank and very very rare.
I think i will stay in contact...
Arnold ;D

Amongst many things, That base is a beauty!... It almost looks like a premium grade of Granite.
Would this effect have been made by some Special painting process?
I can only admire these "high grades" from afar at this time.

Interesting engine.  It looks like it was made for an individual who's name is on the tag.

  Thanks for the pictures, Arnold.
Cheers Bob, I collect mostly German steam stationary engines.

A very nice machine. And rare at that. I keep my fingers crossed Arnold, that the owner sells it to you after all.
Cheers
