Thanks Bruce - I do check in here most days but yes, I really should make more effort to contribute!
Wayne - a bonus of using the cartridge is that the closed end not only doesn't need an end cap making, it is also thick enough (about 1/8 inch) to be drilled and tapped direct for the various fittings without needing separate bushes.  I have two more waiting to be used at some time.
