Hello.
for your information.
I made new springs with 0.3mm (0.0118 inch) steel wire, length 11mm (0.433 inch) diameter 4mm (0.157 inch)
good idle operation.
Greetings Christian.

Great mods. I like the more sedate engine speed and sound. What are the threads used on the exhaust components? Are they metric?

Christian, where did you get the fuel tank valve and the exhaust stack?  I assume you machined them, but if there is an online source I would love to make those mods to my M90 and M91.

thank you,
Roger

Christian, I very much like your new and much sturdier fuel tank mounting brackets.
Very well done!

Very nice runner Christian!
What fuel are you using?
Is there any oil mixed in?
What is your ignition timing?

Sehr netter Läufer Christian!
Welchen Kraftstoff verwenden Sie?
Ist Öl eingemischt?
Was ist Ihr Zündzeitpunkt?

Thanks, Rob
Hello Rob.
I use Coleman fuel without added oil, I put oil in the lubricator.
The ignition is a little bit before the dead point high, Can be 1 or 2 degrees.

I absolutely love the exhaust note, & will probably "borrow" the fuel shut off idea as well...Nicely done that 👍
Hello
Thank you for your good comments
Just a piece of information.
With the fuel valve, there is a fear of an air bubble remaining in the pipe, if there is an air bubble, the engine does not work well.
Christian.

Nice Work!  8)  Thank you for sharing  ;)

Also like the added oilers and custom exhaust. Have you noticed a running temperature change with the new exhaust?
Exactelly, the engine is less cooled with the long exhaust pipe.
But, it's for the look, Cooling is the water that does it well, and the engine does not work in an industrial way, I always watch him.
