Good thing there isn't - I wasn't laughing and the air had a distinctive bluish tinge!
-
Actually I probably should stay away from the water with boats altogether - that tug is the same one that another time almost went to the bottom during launching when I slipped on the rocks and it took a literal nosedive into the water. It has since joined my son/grandson's collection and has had no further mishaps. Come to think of it my Imara tug has yet to see the water and the Victoria I'm building may not either - safer that way!
Sorry, but have to ask, any video of that? ;) only teasing ;) :D

Eeek!
Glad you were able to laugh it off... probably better to have another person there for the filming ;)
-
It's been on the water but I didn't take a video - more worried about running it onto the rocks like I did my Envoy tug (I do have a video of that - it's at the very end).

It's an honor for my boat to be chosen for the EOTM award against such great competition - many thanks!
It was a very close race with the tug "Jan", who actually held the lead for the majority of the month. The photo of "Jan" was beautiful and very well shot, but I think your's may have pulled ahead being it displays the steam plant very well. 8) Has it ever been on the water? Would love to see a video ;) ;)
-
Well done to the winner .
A nice entry .
It appeared to be a two horse race and i went down like the Titanic .
Cheers
Dennis
I have to admit, being a toy steam fan at heart... my vote went to your Cranko. And if it does go down like the Titanic, I will be the first one diving down to retrieve it! ;)

Yep, that tug is mighty hard to resist, plowing up the water just like it should.
Always been a sucker for action shots, especially really good ones like this!
-
All terrific entries made choosing just 1 quite difficult. In the end I went with the tug.
-
Some fantastic entries this month, the Pollywog was my choice. ;)
-
Some very nice entries this month.
-
After spending a full decade as main engineer on a tugboat, and being named as is...
I do feel a tad biased, when it comes to this months competition ;D
;D ;D ;D
Sure is a Beautiful picture too!
