I agree with Stoker, we’re worried about the criminals rights than the victims.

Unbelievable. And the thief is totally unaware of the toxicity of the contents. I hope he or she doesn’t drink the contents. 🤠
Sorry But I hope they do drink the contents
Cheers

So do I, actually.

A sad commentary on the world today - hope they eventually get what's coming to them, one way or the other.

Porch Pirates are a real problem anymore, even in my little town here. They often just follow a courier around and nab packages whenever the opportunity offers. Likely 9 out of 10 are of little or no value to them, but can be a devastating loss to the intended recipients.
Just another outward sign of what this world is coming to with the coddling of criminals, and the minimizing of victims rights.

That`s a real bummer, hope ya catch them.

Does the stuff look like malt liquor?

My brother got a Nest camera. Inexpensive and sends him a picture of anyone who visits his front door. I recommend this for your situation. After you get it, just leave empty boxes as bait. (Although you probably need to something of value in the box to press charges?)
Another option could be a game camera.
It may be best to get a chained down postal box. Some people even make these themselves. A big box that is chained down with a paddle lock inside that the delivery person uses to place the box in.
I'm thinking of getting both. (Probably making the box myself. What wood would you recommend? Plywood? Oak? Double thick pine?)

So sorry to hear this. There sure are some low-life scum out there.

Had a package stolen from my front door on Thursday. This really put a damper
on my holiday spirit. The tracking said it was delivered. I checked with local post office and
the mail carrier confirms this. What really "honks me off" is that the contents would be really not useful to anybody
Unless they were planning on doing some nickel plating! The package contained two bottles of plating solution from
Caswell inc. I had planned on plating some parts on an upgrade to my steam plant that I had been working on.
I spoke to Caswell about this and they are sending a replacement. I told them to ship it to my mom's address as she
Lives in a gated community and would be safe. Since I have been living here I have had my car broken into and the
contents ransacked and now this. I have a malt liquor swilling low-life neighbor who is a probable suspect. Anyway, who knows. The plating solution, no doubt will be tossed into a dumpster by the culprit.
