It isn't available everywhere, but in Brooklyn, no problem. My fave for 60 years.
I love pizza but I like sandwiches more, so that leaves out mozzarella.

I love all kinds of cheeses, but if there were only one, it would have to be "plastic cheese" otherwise known as Kraft singles... I live off of grilled cheese sandwiches when I'm in charge of cooking :D Does that count? Is it even cheese? Do I get to pick a second cheese since it's not really cheese?I would also choose "Kraft singles" as well , but I don't consider them the cheap brand, I've had the cheap kind before (that wont melt) no matter how hot your hamburger is. My wife likes pepperjack cheese. I gotta admit....I didn't think I'd be taking a "cheese quiz" at 6:38 in the morning. :)

only one kind of cheese. Now this wouldn't be one kind of cheese for everyone, this would be the only kind of cheese for you, for the rest of your life
and no selling or trading with the neighbors, friends, family, or strangers. Just you and your family, what would it be.
I would choose good old Velveeta, it's good on burgers, grilled cheese, mac & cheese, just sandwiches. If I could only have one, Velveeta's my go to
cheese please.
