Thank you Charlie. :)

I missed this thread when it was initially posted.
You made a fine tinder and carriages. They really have the steam punk feel of the Bohm engine.
Well done!
👏👏👏👏👏
-
Thanks Doug, Jan and Bruce. :)
-
I doubted that engine was very powerful....but it pulled that string of 4 carriages right along. :)
Actually a pretty good puller :)
The tender and three carriages weigh about two and a half pounds combined, The engine itself weighs just over two.
Impressive performance line😊👍

Amazing job Bill, well done !
-
Great job building those coaches and it slows the Rocket down to a nice slow speed. I have run my rocket by itself, and it moves along fast enough to almost derail!

So I knocked together a little tender for the Rocket, I still have to make an appropriately sized barrel.
The carriages are all exactly the same size but they look like they get bigger toward the back, it must be the curve of the track.

Here's a short video of it under Stir.

Thanks, I haven't decided about painting or staining, maybe a little of both.
-
They look just fine. I have the Dewit Clinton in HO and all they were is stage coaches with steal wheels. Yours look just like them.
Are you going to stain them or paint them?
-
They really look the part. Well done!
-
Thanks guys,
A long coach on such a tight radius was not practical so I was going for more of a Dewitt Clinton style coach.
-
Those turned out great - very nice work!
-
I really like your hand built coaches Bill , they match perfectly 😊👍
-
Thanks, I hope to get a better picture in daylight, The Bohm pulls them without a problem.
Next is a little tender with a barrel.
-
Those are a good match for the Bohm 8)
-
Nice carriages on a fun engine to run. Looking forward to seeing your progress.
-
I built a few carriages for the Bohm Rocket.
Still a work in progress, tender is next.
