That's neat! I did buy 2 different inexpensive sterling engines on Amazon last year. The cheaper one actually runs better than better quality one.. I gave a few out as Christmas gifts..

That is a nice runner. I've never heard one that sounds like a real engine purring.

[attachimg=1]I bought this little Stirling engine as a kit on Amazon.
I had good luck with mine, it assembled well and runs well.
I followed the instructions. They were clear and my experience with other Stirling engines helped.
It was easy. I painted it with Duplicolor engine enamel. The fuel "tank"  is small so runs are short
