Hi Matt. The head bolts on my M90 which was purchased in January of this year are M3x.5 They are of two different lengths. Four of them are 18mm long and two are 20mm long. The two longer ones are at the two and four o'clock position, and are used to fasten the brass lifter assembly for the exhaust valve.
Title: M90 Cylinder Head Allen Bolt Question
Post by: Mattbower78 on April 10, 2020, 02:38:02 pm
Hi,
Ive recently got the M90 hit and miss engine and ive realised from checking all screws before starting that the scews are made of very cheap low quality metal. Can anybody tell me what size (length of screw) the cylinder head screws are as im going to purchase some better quality ones.

Many thanks,
Matt.
