Guess I really should have bid on this one to keep it out of your "clutches", as you're already two (at least) ahead of me here Jan ...   ;c)

Nice runner you have there ... seems very willing to get on with it and go ... NICE!!!

Thanks guys  :)

Was sort of eager to win this, as i thought it would finally conclude a collection for me.

Thought is the right word, as i donīt think that anymore.
Thank you Daniel...or something  ;D ;)

Seems that nomatter which brand one hunts in this hobby, thereīs always that completely missed one out there.
Alas, the quest continues...

It's a very enthusiastic runner Jan.

And in very nice condition.

Thanks for sharing the video.

I had that on my watch list a couple of weeks ago and let it pass. I have a complete one in the box and thought I'd leave it for someone else.
Nice grab, your video makes me wish I would have.

Been "needing" one of these original Rider Ericsson engines here for years now, but they appear to be somewhat scarce, as they very rarely show on Ebay.
However, Lady Luck was finally on my side, and i managed to bag a nice example a couple of weeks ago.

It could use a bit of attention, with some shims inserted on the various linkages, as they all appear to have quite a bit of sideways play, but given its fantastic cosmetic condition, and extraordinairy eager to run, i am overall very very happy with this addition.

A little unedited movie here, of the initial testrun "straight from the box":
