I found an extra PMR crowned bronze flywheel and installed it on a stuart #7. This engine is a little bigger and more powerfull than the PMR and runs well at half the PSI. It runs quite smoothly and will surely be able to make long runs at engine shows. I did have to go back to the shop to knurl the pump drive pulley. as the belt was slipping a little.

Mine came with piping that is 3/4 o.d. copper, which is refrigeration tubing. My local supply house luckily had and adapter to regular 3/4" copper plumbing (watet) pipe.

Is there any chance that the PMR engines flywheel would fit on your Stuart #4, as I note that the PMR's flywheel has a crown for flat belt centering, so perhaps that would be a quick and dirty solution for you?!?!

I would still like to run it off my Stuart #4, but I will either have to make a new crankshaft long enough for a drive pulley or put a crown on the flywheel. That will be a project for another day.

Now it's on to my Tiny Power 103 twin cylinder steam engine build. With no engine shows for most of the summer, I'm going to get quite a few projects done out in the shop.
