A very nice collection of Stuart you’ve got Charlie. These are the ones that do the real heavy duty work, remember that some of the Stuart steam engines’ setup helped the allies win the Second World War like the Firefly and others.
Thanks Mike.

My collecting focus has changed and I doubt I will add any others.....unless I find a smoking good deal on a Stuart Beam Engine. 🤠
Not even a Star, MTB or Meteor?
I am trying to have some discipline Nick! ???
Those are all great engines.
There is a Meteor in NY with an early style Stuart lubricator for $300 ;)

I did sell a BB (perhaps that very one if Nick painted it) and a #5 with pump that was just a little too big to enjoy.
I've still got your BB on the cast base ;) Thanks Again!

Nice family photo.
I'm suppose to be selling engines but so far plan on keeping the balance of the Stuarts.

Hopefully, I still have a lot of years of collecting left....so, you never know what will pop up.
Discipline? What the heck is that?? :D
Don’t you have a one-one too?
I gave it to Gil.
I could never get it running. I think he gave up too.

Charlie, your Stuarts make a great family portrait...!!!
That nice reversing 4 is actually a 7A which is a great size for that design.
Senior Moment Gil. Thanks for the correction!

That is a nice collection of heavy metal there!
I’ve yet to add any of the larger Stuart’s to my own collection.
Thanks SF.
The No. 1, No. 8 and No. 9 will run on ~10 psi. The rest will run on a small aquarium pump at ~3 psi.

An interesting collection .
They seem to have a bad habit of multiplying wherever the first one lands
Cheers
Dennis
Yes they do Dennis. I haven’t bought any new ones in a few years.
The No. 4 came from Gil.
The BB came from Nick.
The No. 1 came from a member of the other forum and was purchased in the 1980s from the London Steam Shop “Steam Age”. I am the second owner.
My Score is not in the picture as it is now mounted on a plinth with the two Academy Model Hobby Kits.
I also have two Stuart Boilers that live on a high shelf and I didn’t get them down.

Extremely nice & enviable pieces all, they make for a nice family portrait.
Thanks Bruce.
I had them out for a dusting and oiling. I ran them all on air after oiling them.

Happy Father’s Day.
