Good to know they are great to deal with directly, i've never needed to since Forest Classics is the main UK agent.
Always been impressed with their products and good to support a US based manufacturer. ;D

As you fellows have just observed, they are a very service oriented and customer friendly operation, besides which they do have a really fine line of products of special interest to folks like us!
I have done quite a bit of business with them over the years, but really should make it a point to do more, as our support is all they have to keep them where we want them!!!
