You’re getting there... I prefer the first videos spring setup
Thanks Nick, that's the one that I like as well (the two original springs replaced with the two softer springs).

Again, it looks like it is running near as good as I've managed to get mine. Seems like it is hitting about once every second, firing about 60 times a minute and not double hitting much. I rate that as pretty darn good!
As said before, Gil has done better, and then there is that infernal video I just saw last night here on the Forum, that shows one hitting only about once every 3-4 seconds. Man would I like to find out how that was achieved!!?!?
Daniel, thanks. Its fun mucking around with these. How good did that chap get that one running huh? I wished he'd explained it.

Thanks Daniel, this is running now with one original spring and one of the softer springs.

Good job Jim .... that's definitely running slower. I've got mine down a bit slower than that by slightly stretching the original springs. But of course I did actually overstretch them, so have to mount them in an arch now to take up a bit of the excess slack that I shouldn't have put in, in the first place.
You are definitely on the right path. You might want to consider trying slight adjustments with the timing too, but be sure to carefully mark where it is now so you can always get back to "ground zero" that does seem to work pretty well.
