Nice looking D32 Bruce 8) Really enjoyed the video

Bruce - a very good walkthru video. Sold mine a few years ago but had fun with it while I had it. Mine was a 220V Euro version, Bugsy walked me thru making a voltage reducer.
Yours runs well. All water pumps make a fierce rattle on those I've seen.
Your right about the water pump Scott , it took me a few minutes the 1st time I ran it to isolate that the water pump was the noise, apparently a built in noise with these steam plants , knowing... that I'm ok with it. This one was originally a 220V model as well , I changed it from a 220V series wiring to a parallel 110V wiring setup.

Very nice Bruce, I have been waiting eagerly for you to do a vid of the D32.
Must say, I have a bit of size envy happening after watching though ...... golly you can fit a kitchen table and chairs in your workshop
Its a pub table Jim, given to me by my eldest sister, wasn't sure I would like it in there....but I love it & it has been a fine work station for most of my projects now. :)
I reckon something that big would be just fantastic to have in your workshop Bruce, I have made a small table 2'6" x 2'6" and have it on locking casters and an old leather office chair and shoehorned them both recently into my small shed and they're in use all the time now.

I received this awhile back & needed to do some work to it to get it in good running condition , these are quite the handful to operate & when running good are a lot of fun. I did commission a new 'Americanized" control panel plate made with the German language translated to English. I have the original German control panel plate that's in perfect condition with a build date of 31,5,1968 on the backside of it
