Title: By chance, anyone do vector images using Adobe Illustrator?

By chance is there any Adobe Illustrator users on the forum who can make me up a vector image (from an image that I have)?

I remember there was one guy in the States that did some Doll and Empire vector images but I can't remember his name now.
