They’re the same. That said, somebody correct me if I’m not thinking this through properly, but if for some reason, one wanted to reverse the running direction of the M91, it would seem all that would be necessary would be to loosen the set screw and adjust the cam timing by ninety degrees of crank rotation, so the exhaust valve is open on the other side of top dead center, and spin it the other way. With only the single valve operated by the cam, and the intake valve suction operated, I would think that is all that would be required aside from cutting a reverse angled notch in the starter pulley to grab a rope wound the other way, or flipping the pulley over.

Hi Raphael. Jim's is the same as yours. You are looking at his on the rope starting pulley side which goes counter clockwise, same as yours.
It is clockwise when we look at the governor weights.

Bonjour Gil,
You are right for mine, but in this case, Kim's one starts anticlockwise on governor side, this is why I posted my video  ;)

Hi Raphael, Bonjour, Jim's engine starts clockwise like yours if you were looking at it from the governor side.

Bonjour Jim,
Your M91 runs quite well a,d, funny thing it starts anticlockwise when mine is clockwise. I say this because your one is also a Jin's machine, even if sold by someone else on Internet ;)
The main difference is I was the third of ten people who pre ordered one direcly to Jin.
