Yes, the speed control isn,t that great, but it does work to some extent.mine didn,t run at first till i tightened the glass tube assembly with a wrench instead of by hand. Some thread sealer would probably have helped.

Yours is running good, mines on the way back, it wouldn't run. But his brother runs real good.
That one you have Doug is a .046 and his brother is a .047. I bought one of each, it took like
five days from CA. I think my bad one was sucking air. Got it Friday, messed all night with it,
sent a message Saturday night. Sunday they send a return label and said they shipping me a new
one on Monday so they pass each other in the mail. They're on the ball.
Here's what the other style looks like.

I wish more of these engines had some kind of speed control, I started using the new mini BIX round burner on my HOG

Neat engine Doug ,never seen another one like it. I couldn't tell any discernable difference when you were turning the knob....but in the next clip it was running much faster ?

I bought this little Chinese Stirling engine, mainly because it's the first adjustable speed Stirling engine in my collection. I found it on Ebay from a US seller for the same price as Banggood had, and I didn't have to wait a month for them to ship it from China. It came fully assembled and is a great-running little engine for the money, and also a little different design than the ordinary Chinese Stirling engine.
