Thanks Nick, I asked Geoff how the best way to hold the flint in place the first time I tried it.
I took the simple route and screwed one of these onto a cotton swab stick after breaking the end of the swab off

I hope you have your safety glasses on Jim, that's a lot of sparks.
You loose an eye and your chances of finding the Vegamite gets cut in half, you know that don't you.
You know...silly me I actually didn't have any on (and I'm usually really good about that) I was a little concerned for the camera lens, but my attention should have been more on the safety of my eyes Tommy as you pointed out. Its always a good reminder.
